Description
The issue is related to the
archive wstring append from mbs function in archive string.c, which can cause a denial of service due to a NULL pointer dereference and application crash when processing a crafted archive file. This can be exploited by remote attackers to disrupt service.Recommendations

archive wstring append from mbs function until a patch is available to prevent potential exploitation.
