Description The issue allows context-dependent attackers to conduct XML External Entity (XXE) attacks via a crafted PDF, due to improper initialization of the XML parsers.

Recommendations For Apache PDFBox versions prior to 1.8.12, update to version 1.8.12 or later. For Apache PDFBox versions 2.x prior to 2.0.1, update to version 2.0.1 or later.
