Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to trigger updating of update site metadata due to a missing permissions check. This can potentially be combined with DNS cache poisoning to cause a denial of service, resulting in service disruption.

Recommendations For Jenkins versions prior to 2.3, update to version 2.3 or later. For Jenkins LTS versions prior to 1.651.2, update to version 1.651.2 or later.
