Description The issue affects the Core Formatting API subcomponent of Oracle BI Publisher, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can significantly impact additional products. This can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all Oracle BI Publisher accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle BI Publisher accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 11.1.1.7.0 and 11.1.1.9.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent unauthorized access and data manipulation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
