Description The issue affects the Oracle User Management component, specifically the User Name/Password Management subcomponent. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle User Management. The attack requires human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle User Management's accessible data.
