Description The issue affects the Oracle Applications DBA component, specifically the AD Utilities subcomponent. It allows a high-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Applications DBA. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, including creation, deletion, or modification of data, as well as complete access to all Oracle Applications DBA accessible data.
