Description The issue is related to a memory leak in the hw/watchdog/wdt i6300esb.c component of the QEMU hardware emulator. This can be exploited by a local attacker to cause a denial of service, specifically by consuming host memory and potentially crashing the QEMU process. The exploitation is possible through a large number of device unplug operations.
