Description The issue is caused by a buffer overflow in the JavaScript engine of Microsoft Edge, leading to memory corruption. This could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user by rendering content when handling objects in memory. If the current user has administrative rights, a successful exploitation could grant the attacker control over the affected system, enabling them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
