Description
The issue is related to the Zend/zend exceptions.c component of the PHP interpreter, which can enter an infinite loop. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service through a crafted Exception object in serialized data.
Recommendations
For PHP versions prior to 5.6.28, update to version 5.6.28 or later to resolve the issue.
For PHP versions prior to 7.0.13, update to version 7.0.13 or later to resolve the issue.
