Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a divide-by-zero error and application crash, via a crafted file. This is due to a problem in the intersect function in base/gxfill.c.
Recommendations For Ghostscript version 9.20, consider disabling the intersect function in base/gxfill.c as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to crafted files to minimize the risk of exploitation.
