Description The issue concerns a crash in the RRC dissector and other dissectors due to a NULL pointer dereference. This was addressed by making changes in epan/proto.c to avoid the dereference.
Recommendations For Wireshark versions 2.2.0 through 2.2.14, update to a version that includes the fix for the NULL pointer dereference issue. For Wireshark versions 2.4.0 through 2.4.6, update to a version that includes the fix for the NULL pointer dereference issue. For Wireshark version 2.6.0, update to a version that includes the fix for the NULL pointer dereference issue.
