Description The issue concerns a validation error that enables privilege escalation. A remote authenticated user can modify the URL and content of a consent page to obtain a token with arbitrary scopes, thereby escalating their privileges.

Recommendations For Cloud Foundry UAA versions prior to 64.0, update to version 64.0 or later to resolve the issue. For UAA versions prior to 4.23.0, update to version 4.23.0 or later to resolve the issue.
