Description The issue is related to a buffer overflow that can be triggered by a crafted certificate. This can be exploited via the gmp plugin in strongSwan.
Recommendations For versions prior to 5.7.1, update to version 5.7.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the gmp plugin until a patch is applied.
