Description The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Layout Tools component of the BI Publisher. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise BI Publisher, resulting in unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification access to critical data or all BI Publisher accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of BI Publisher accessible data.
