Description The issue affects the Oracle User Management component, specifically the Proxy User Delegation subcomponent. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle User Management. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some Oracle User Management accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle User Management accessible data.
