Description The issue affects the Rich Text Editor subcomponent of Oracle PeopleSoft Products, allowing a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. Successful attacks can result in the takeover of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools.
