Description The issue allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Banking Payments. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some Oracle Banking Payments data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Banking Payments data. Additionally, it can cause a partial denial of service of Oracle Banking Payments.

Recommendations For versions 12.2.0 through 14.1.0, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue to prevent unauthorized access and potential denial of service.
