Description The issue concerns the incorrect application of Content Security Policy (CSP) for <object> tags in Blink, allowing a remote attacker to bypass the content security policy via a crafted HTML page. This could potentially lead to security breaches.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 66.0.3359.117, update to version 66.0.3359.117 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera versions prior to 66.0.3359.117, update to version 66.0.3359.117 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of <object> tags in HTML pages until a patch is applied.
