Description The issue occurs when the RTP daemon in Android receives an RTCP unknown APP packet report. This causes the parser to miss the end of the RTCP packet length, leading to it continuously looking for the end, even beyond the limits of the RTCP packet length, resulting in the RTP daemon crashing and terminating the VT call.

Recommendations For Android versions prior to 2018-04-05 security patch level, update to a version with a security patch level of 2018-04-05 or later to resolve the issue.
