Description The issue allows for potential man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks due to massif downloading resources over HTTP. This could lead to remote code execution (RCE) if an attacker intercepts and swaps the requested resources with a malicious copy, particularly if the attacker is on the network or between the user and the remote server. In scenarios where an attacker has a privileged network position, it is possible to intercept the response and replace the executable with a malicious one, resulting in code execution on the system running massif.
