Description: The Gecko Media Plugin sandbox has an issue that allows access to local files matching specific regular expressions. On OS X, this could expose personal or temporary data in subdirectories of "/private/var". The issue has been updated to restrict access to "/private/var" and its subdirectories. This issue only affects OS X, with other operating systems not being affected.

Recommendations: For Firefox versions prior to 52, update to version 52 or later to resolve the issue. For Thunderbird versions prior to 52, update to version 52 or later to resolve the issue.
