Description: A vulnerability in the TCP stack could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition in the notification system. This is due to faulty handling of new TCP connections. An attacker could exploit this by sending a malicious TCP packet to the vulnerable service, potentially interrupting certain phone services and requiring a manual restart to restore full functionalities.
