Description
The issue is related to a vulnerability in the InnoDB component of Oracle MySQL Server, which can be exploited by a high-privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols. This can result in the unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server. The vulnerability is easily exploitable and can be triggered remotely.
Recommendations
For versions 8.0.13 and prior, update to a version later than 8.0.13 to resolve the issue.
