Description The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle iSupport, requiring human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all Oracle iSupport accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle iSupport accessible data.

Recommendations For Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.8, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Oracle iSupport component until a patch is available.
