Description The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Web Container subcomponent of Oracle Service Bus, part of Oracle Fusion Middleware. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Service Bus, resulting in a partial denial of service. The vulnerability can be easily exploited.

Recommendations For version 11.1.1.9.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For version 12.1.3.0.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For version 12.2.1.3.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Web Container subcomponent to minimize the risk of exploitation.
