Description
The issue is related to the
nfp flower spawn phy reprs() function in the Linux kernel, which is associated with an uncontrolled resource consumption. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service, specifically through memory consumption. The function is located in drivers/net/ethernet/netronome/nfp/flower/main.c.Recommendations
