Média

VetorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel versions prior to 5.3.11
Description The issue is related to a memory leak in the bnxt re create srq() function, which can lead to uncontrolled resource consumption. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service by triggering copy to udata failures.
Recommendations For Linux kernel versions prior to 5.3.11, update to version 5.3.11 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the bnxt re create srq() function to minimize the risk of exploitation.
