Description The issue is related to a use after free vulnerability in the PDFium PDF content handler. This allows a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a specially crafted HTML page, leading to data integrity issues, unauthorized access to protected information, and denial of service.
Recommendations For versions prior to 78.0.3904.87, update to version 78.0.3904.87 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to PDF content in Google Chrome until the update is applied.
