Description The issue allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level permissions or above to make web requests to arbitrary locations originating from the web application via the "get remote content" REST API endpoint. This can be used to query and modify information from internal services.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.8.3, update to a version later than 1.8.3 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "get remote content" REST API endpoint until a patch is available.
