Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Proxy User Delegation component of Oracle User Management. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle User Management, resulting in unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle User Management accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.12, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent unauthorized access. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
