Description
An issue in llama index allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the
exec parameter in the PandasQueryEngine function. This enables the attacker to perform unauthorized actions on the affected system.Recommendations
For versions 0.7.13 and earlier, consider disabling the
exec parameter in the PandasQueryEngine function as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to the PandasQueryEngine function to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the exec parameter in the affected function until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.Exploit
