Description The issue is related to a missing capability check on the admin post remove and remove private data functions. This allows authenticated attackers with subscriber privileges or above to delete plugin settings, resulting in unauthorized loss of data.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 3.8.2, consider disabling the admin post remove and remove private data functions until a patch is available to prevent unauthorized data loss. Restrict access to these functions to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
