Description A critical vulnerability has been found in the SourceCodester Inventory Management System. The issue affects an unknown function of the file app/ajax/search purchase paymen report.php. The manipulation of the customer argument leads to SQL injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. Elevated activities have been detected targeting this system.
Recommendations For SourceCodester Inventory Management System version 1.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the app/ajax/search purchase paymen report.php file until a patch is available. Avoid using the customer argument in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
