Description A vulnerability has been identified that allows an attacker to execute code in the context of the current process by exploiting an out of bounds read past the end of an allocated structure while parsing specially crafted DFT files. This issue is related to a buffer overflow in memory.

Recommendations For versions prior to V223.0 Update 7, update to V223.0 Update 7 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of specially crafted DFT files until a patch is applied. Restrict access to the DFT file parsing functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation.
