CVE-2023-22097

CVSS v2.0

6.3

Média

VetorAV:N/AC:M/Au:S/C:N/I:N/A:C
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions MySQL Server versions 8.0.34 and prior MySQL Server version 8.1.0
Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the InnoDB component of MySQL Server, allowing a high-privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise the server. Successful attacks can result in the ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server.
Recommendations For MySQL Server versions 8.0.34 and prior, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For MySQL Server version 8.1.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting network access to the MySQL Server to minimize the risk of exploitation.
