CVE-2023-48552

CVSS v2.0

5.5

Média

VetorAV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:P/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and earlier
Description The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could be exploited by a low-privileged attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. This could lead to the execution of malicious JavaScript in a victim's browser when they browse to the page containing the vulnerable field. The vulnerability is also described as related to the lack of protection of the web page structure, which could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and earlier, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to vulnerable form fields to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using vulnerable form fields until the issue is resolved.
