Description
The issue is related to the sqlc union dt wrap component of openlink virtuoso-opensource, which is associated with the improper neutralization of special elements used in SQL commands. This can allow a remote attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via crafted SQL statements.
Recommendations
For openlink virtuoso-opensource version 7.2.9, consider disabling the sqlc union dt wrap component as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to the vulnerable component to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using specially crafted SQL statements in the affected component until the issue is resolved.
