Description: GTA San Andreas Multiplayer (SA-MP) server version 0.3.1.1 is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow. This occurs when parsing a malformed server.cfg configuration file. The vulnerability allows local attackers to execute arbitrary code when the server binary (samp-server.exe) processes a crafted echo directive containing excessive input. The original website 'sa-mp.com' is no longer active, but community-maintained mirrors and forks may be vulnerable.

Recommendations: Versions prior to 0.3.1.1 are potentially affected. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
