Description The ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System plugin for WordPress has an Insecure Direct Object Reference issue. This is due to a lack of validation on a user-controlled key within the eh crm ticket single view client component. Authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or higher can read all support ticket contents. The vulnerable parameter is a user-controlled key.
