In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

gfs2: add some missing log locking

Function gfs2 logd() calls the log flushing functions gfs2 ail1 start(), gfs2 ail1 wait(), and gfs2 ail1 empty() without holding sdp->sd log flush lock, but these functions require exclusion against concurrent transactions.

To fix that, add a non-locking gfs2 log flush() function. Then, in gfs2 logd(), take sdp->sd log flush lock before calling the above mentioned log flushing functions and gfs2 log flush().
