Description The ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a missing authorization issue. This is caused by a lack of appropriate capability checks within the eh crm ticket general function, combined with a shared nonce accessible to users with Subscriber-level access or higher. This allows authenticated attackers to modify global WSDesk settings through the eh crm ticket general AJAX action.
