This issue was fixed in Moodle versions 3.9.3, 3.8.6, 3.7.9, and 3.10. **Recommendations** For Moodle versions 3.7 through 3.7.8, update to version 3.7.9 or later. For Moodle versions 3.8 through 3.8.5, update to version 3.8.6 or later. For Moodle versions 3.9 through 3.9.2, update to version 3.9.3 or later.
