**Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions** Firefox versions prior to 89 Firefox ESR versions prior to 78.11 Thunderbird versions prior to 78.11 **Description** The issue is related to a memory buffer overflow, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code by creating a malicious web page. Some memory safety bugs have shown evidence of memory corruption, and it is presumed that these could be exploited to run arbitrary code with sufficient effort. **Recommendations** For Firefox versions prior to 89, update to version 89 or later to resolve the issue. For Firefox ESR versions prior to 78.11, update to version 78.11 or later to resolve the issue. For Thunderbird versions prior to 78.11, update to version 78.11 or later to resolve the issue.
