This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which will execute when a user accesses an injected page and clicks a link to show user meta. **Recommendations** For versions up to and including 3.12.9, update to a version higher than 3.12.9 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to user meta parameters until a patch is available.
