**Description**
A stack-based buffer overflow issue exists in the Client Server Runtime System (CSRSS) process of Microsoft Windows, allowing local users to gain privileges via a specially-designed application. This application provides console window information with a long `FaceName` value.
**Recommendations**
For Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP SP1 and SP2, and Windows Server 2003, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
