**Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions** MainWP Dashboard – The Private WordPress Manager for Multiple Website Maintenance plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 3.1.2 **Description** The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting, which occurs due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages via the `mwp setup purchase username` parameter. The injected scripts will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. **Recommendations** For versions up to, and including, 3.1.2, update to a version later than 3.1.2 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the `mwp setup purchase username` parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation.
