Jffs2 · Jffs2 · CVE-2007-4849
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: JFFS2 versions (affected versions not specified) Description: The issue is related to the improper storage of permissions during inode creation or ACL setting when POSIX ACL support is enabled. This might allow local users to access restricted files or directories after a remount of a filesystem. The problem is connected to "legacy modes" and an inconsistency between dentry permissions and inode permissions. Recommendations: At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
