The Visit Counter plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in version 1.0. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the widgets.php page. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update settings and inject malicious web scripts via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: ZoomSounds - WordPress Wave Audio Player with Playlist versions up to and including 6.91 Description: The issue allows unauthenticated attackers to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information, via the 'dzsap download' action. This enables access to potentially confidential data stored in files on the server. Recommendations: For versions up to and including 6.91, update to a version later than 6.91 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the 'dzsap download' action to prevent unauthenticated file reads until a patch is available.
