**Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions** Oracle Java SE versions 8u401-perf, 11.0.22, 17.0.10, 21.0.2, 22 Oracle GraalVM for JDK versions 17.0.10, 21.0.2, 22 Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition version 21.3.9 **Description** The issue is related to errors in processing input data in the Hotspot component of Oracle Java SE and Oracle GraalVM. This can be exploited by an unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise the system, resulting in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some accessible data. The vulnerability can be exploited using APIs in the specified component, for example, through a web service that supplies data to the APIs. It also applies to Java deployments that load and run untrusted code and rely on the Java sandbox for security. **Recommendations** For Oracle Java SE versions 8u401-perf, 11.0.22, 17.0.10, 21.0.2, 22, upgrade to a newer version to mitigate the risk. For Oracle GraalVM for JDK versions 17.0.10, 21.0.2, 22, upgrade to a newer version to mitigate the risk. For Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition version 21.3.9, upgrade to a newer version to mitigate the risk. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Hotspot component until a patch is available. Avoid using APIs in the specified component to supply data until the issue is resolved.
