Description A proof of concept has been published demonstrating exploitation in the wild. The Silverfox Group is actively exploiting this issue to terminate antivirus processes. The vulnerable driver is not currently blocked by Windows. The driver verifies the source of control codes, checking if they originate from a SYSTEM process, but remains susceptible to exploitation.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
